Founder note
From a Fitzroy garage LAN to a national roster.
I started IronSpinEmpire in 2018 after a decade of grinding ranked queues and running clunky community LANs above a Gertrude Street cafe. The dream was simple: give Australian players the structure, VOD review, and mental coaching that only tier-one orgs seemed to have.
Today we run bootcamps for CS2, Valorant, and Rocket League squads, plus a beginner-friendly Sunday ladder for anyone who wants to level up. We keep the beach-shack vibe — relaxed, salt-faded, honest — but the coaching is anything but casual.
